PACKAGES EXCLUDE
  • The above package is EXCLUSIVE of Marine Park Conservation Fund & Johor National Park Charge (Malaysian RM 10.00 per adult & RM 6.00 per child; Foreigner RM 50 per adult & RM 35 per child) and
  • Tourism tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all non-Malaysian guests and payable at the resort
NOTE

  • Marine Park temporary closed so no Marine Park trip and replace to deep sea trip.
  • All guest are required to bring their own face masks.

  • We seek your kind cooperation in practicing social distancing and complying with our safety measures during your stay.
  • We only accommodate those who are fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated families with kids under 12 years old (even they are not vaccinated) also acceptable.
  • Ensure your profile show
  • All guests need to purchase RTK Antigen kits by themselves. Test in front of our staff before boarding. It is recommended that guests fast for at least one hour before the test.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • This offer is subject to room availability and rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) per person basic, Inclusive of 10% service charge.
  • All meals served at Reef Resort Restaurant and in buffet style.
  • Child rates apply to children 4-11 years old. Infant 3 years old and below is free with exiting Bed with parent.
  • Payment Term: RM200 per person Deposit upon booking Confirmation. Full payment is 30 days before Travel Date
  • All payment will be forfeited if there is any cancellation or amendment of the booking.
  • There will be NO refund or reduction of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilized.
  • The Resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
  • Postpone case RM 100 per case will be imposed provided by the support document.
  • Notice for cancellation and change:
  • Cancellation fee
  •           1) Departures are More than 30 days – 25% of Tour Fares
              2) Departure from 21 to 29 days - 50% of Tour Fares
              3) Departure is less than 21 days-100% of Tour Fares
  • The above cancellation fee is only applicable to low season and second peak season. Any change during peak season and super peak season will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
  • In case of postpone, a written notice for example provide the death certificate in case there is family member/traveler pass away/doctor letter for any family member/traveler illness or under surgery must be received and acknowledged by Our Sales Office
  • In the event that written notice or support document is not received within the time limit, the 100% of payment will be forfeited automatically.
