- This offer is subject to room availability and rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) per person basic, Inclusive of 10% service charge.
- All meals served at Reef Resort Restaurant and in buffet style.
- Child rates apply to children 4-11 years old. Infant 3 years old and below is free with exiting Bed with parent.
- Payment Term: RM200 per person Deposit upon booking Confirmation. Full payment is 30 days before Travel Date
- All payment will be forfeited if there is any cancellation or amendment of the booking.
- There will be NO refund or reduction of rates on any services provided in the package which is not utilized.
- The Resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
- Postpone case RM 100 per case will be imposed provided by the support document.

- 1) Departures are More than 30 days – 25% of Tour Fares
2) Departure from 21 to 29 days - 50% of Tour Fares
3) Departure is less than 21 days-100% of Tour Fares - The above cancellation fee is only applicable to low season and second peak season. Any change during peak season and super peak season will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
- In case of postpone, a written notice for example provide the death certificate in case there is family member/traveler pass away/doctor letter for any family member/traveler illness or under surgery must be received and acknowledged by Our Sales Office
- In the event that written notice or support document is not received within the time limit, the 100% of payment will be forfeited automatically.
